I have done some research online regarding this phenomenon, but I don't know what to believe, as there is a wide array of interpretations. I am trying to parse this down and figure out what is going on.
For the past few months I have been seeing the numbers "111" "444" "555" "999" everywhere I go. I see others, but those are most common. Almost not a day goes by that I don't look up at the clock when it says "11:11" or "1:11" or "4:44." or "5:55." It's getting a little weird.
I try to note what I'm doing or thinking at those times and usually there is nothing significant to note. I had another couple of time periods like this but right now it's getting really really common.
Anyone else have this happen? What is your take on it?

Fri, January 12, 2007 - 5:09 PMHey Eyesys. First thing I have for you is a question about your life in general right now. Do things seem to be running smoother in your life right now? Generally my experience is "when Triple numbers are constantly being seen they are confirmation that the choices I am making are the right ones." So look at yourself and your choices and see if when making decisions about things that after you decide on something you then check around and see that this is indeed when you are seeing these triple numbers.
Also if there is one set of numbers you see more than any others "for instance 1:11 or say 4:44" look up what those numbers mean in your life and discover if you are on the right path or not.
Hope this helps and I hope you keep seeing these and experiencing joy and happiness from staying on your chosen road.

Fri, January 12, 2007 - 6:46 PMActually, no things haven't been going smoothly - there has been a huge upheaval, costing me a dear friend. I question whether or not I did the right thing - telling the truth over honoring loyalty. I chose the first and lost said friend. It hurts a buttload, there was no one even like him in my life. But I thought I was doing the right thing at the time.
Maybe they are saying "you did the right thing" or "it's all going to work out?" It's nice to know that maybe I'm not the horrible person I feel like I am at the moment.
I have felt however, more connected to Spirit where my art is concerned. So I suppose it could have something to do with that too.

I've been seeing multiple numbers regularly for the last year or two. At first it felt pretty random and it was more of "hey look, that multiple numbers on the clock thing again" sort of thing. It's become frequent enough though, like when I'm away from digital clocks, I happen to notice a giant 333 address or my grocery bill comes up to 55.55 that I now use it and keep track of how often I see each number combo.
Sometimes multiple numbers pop up for me to confirm that I'm on the right track for myself. A recent example is I was trying to figure out whether or not to give notice on the last place I lived. I'd been walking down the street thinking about it and had gotten my cell phone out of my pocket at one end of the block and opened it up, but hadn't looked at the screen yet for finding my roommate's number. I decided for sure that I was going to call her to let her to give notice and when I went to look at my phone is was 5:55. For me that was total confirmation that I was making the right choice for myself.
If you look up 11:11 online, there is a lot of discussion of that particular number combination being a wake up call from the angels to remember who you are and why you are here on earth. Or messages from aliens or spirit guides, depending on who's account you read and which story you fancy.

Tue, January 16, 2007 - 9:12 AMAlthough I have been into other esoteric stuff, numbers has not (until recently) gotten much attention from me but that's starting to change. 1, 4, and 5 haven't up till this point meant anything to me, but after doing some research, it seems that "11:11" is a wake up call as you said and 444 is often angelic and 555 can mean either a "master number" or "something is about to really suck." I wish I knew what it was. 999 and 777 have been appearing of late as well.
I had had a really weird phone message a couple of years back that always mystified me, but maybe it's tied in. It sounded like a bunch of squeaks and sine waves, etc. and there was a staticky woman's voice saying "call 999-999-9999." I tried calling it and something weird happened is all I remember. I can't remember exactly what now.

I see them on addresses, in magazines, phone numbers, receipts, in cars that pull out in front of me, etc. Today I looked up and saw 777 on a mailbox. I usually know if it's coincidence or "this number is for you."

Wed, January 17, 2007 - 6:00 PMYou know, you're all talking not about numerology necessarily, but synchronicity, or as I like to simply call it: Order. Not that I think that's bad. I believe that Order is a more all-encompassing and "guiding" force in reality than numerology, and of course numerology works BECAUSE of Order. I think numerology is a way of decoding the Order that makes the universe tick.
But on the same note, I posted a big story involving numbers and synchronicity on the synchronicity tribe's page, and I realized when I read this that I remembered it was unusual that I had posted it when I did. January 14th, '07, at 4:44. I also detail an interesting system of gematria that I devised back when I was a teenager. Some of you might find that interesting too.

It seems like I always catch the clock when it is 11 past the hour. I'm still confused by this because I keep thinking it could just be a big coincidence or maybe the 11 is sticking out when I see other numbesr too.

Tue, January 30, 2007 - 7:16 AMIt's usually for me the 11:11 and 1:11 but lately I have been seeing more 2:22 and 3:33. Originally I never saw those. 11:11 is supposed to be a "wakeup call." But what is the wakeup call? I keep asking and I am getting things kind of under the surface but I don't get anything on a conscious level. Maybe it's supposed to be that way.

Tue, January 30, 2007 - 11:26 PMI had been wondering the same about the significance of numbers in sequence...for approximately 3 1/2 months I'm always seeing the numbers 123. On the digital clock 1:23, on a store receipt $1.23, an address on the T.V., etc.
This was happening a couple of times a day, however has now slowed down.
Can anyone give me any information on this?

9 comes up a lot when i travel and go where spirit leads, usually on the way home, ill be in seat no 9, or there will be 9s in the flight ect.
Am in a nine year, live with a numerologist friend ( no she isnt here for a month or i would have asked her on here)
She said 9 is completion. Have 8 5s in both my name, both maiden and married lol figure that? She said 5 is the lightening path, or severity. and something else, sorry cant remember.

Plants with five leaves are "edible" to humans (signal for food), whereas those with other numbers (such as 7) are poisionous. The flowers of love such as the orchird, azalea, rose, & passion flower are governed by pentagonal symmetry (don't try eating those). In general 5 is found in the structure of all living things, while other numbers such as 6 & 8 represent the mineral & inanimate structure.
From my study 5 represents life & love, so I don't see any draw backs to having that many 5's !! -

Yes, this is closer to the Kabalah/Egyptian type info.
(The info I presented on 5 was mainly from Lawlor - Sacred Geometry, which deals with the Kabalah/Egyptian/etc matters in a very forthright manner.)
It concentrates with the QUALITY of numbers rather than QUANTITY, which is difficult to differentiate as we are used to using numbers for counting. Each number can represent a form, and can have inherent structure and characteristics, if you will. I believe the correct term is meta-physical
I have many books in which (for example) 5 means your profession would likely be: lawyer, politician, secret service agent, travel guide plastic surgeon, etc, etc.
While I can't discount all of this material, this type seems to be overgeneralized. An similar situation would be someone using their sun sign only to find profession, partner, etc. When in fact you would use your Venus natal for a mate. I guess what I am getting at is that you can get more specific and in detail, but this takes a great deal of time and study, if you are inclined. ( I believe certain methods of numerology (Chaldean?) look at vowels & consonants separately/together, etc for different perspective.
Numbers can be used for personal direction to a degree ( and I know of people (more knowledgeable than I)) that have altered their name, house #, and request only certain hotel #'s, so there is truth to this material, one just needs to be careful no to accept everything read as fact without some review.
Outside of personal numerology, from what I'm finding, numbers with regards to music, (harmonics), mathematics, geometry ARE the Natural Law of the universe, which is basically the proportional growth, decay, form and relationship of everything in nature. This seems the basis of Pythagoras' study and teachings as well as those before and after him.
